Why It Matters
Luke Bouma of Cordcutters News spoke on the important of Roku's newest offerings as it attempts to keep pace in a crowded world of cord-cutting.
"This batch of channels enhances Roku’s library by blending modern interests with timeless classics, potentially increasing overall streaming hours on the platform," he said. "As the company continues to partner with content providers, future updates could include even more specialized channels, further customizing the viewing experience. For now, these nine additions represent a significant step forward, offering free entertainment that rivals paid services in variety and quality."
