Britney Spears is making headlines following her recent arrest for driving under the influence.
Newly released 911 dispatch audio reportedly reveals that authorities were alerted to the 44-year-old “Toxic” singer driving erratically before being pulled over.

Dispatch audio obtained by Page Six alleges that authorities reported a “black BMW sedan in and out of lanes…speeding” for a “2026 convertible out of LA.”
“Can we send all units down towards this area please,” an officer said in the call, per the report.
“Talking with the driver…driver is out of the vehicle,” an officer could also be heard saying.
Authorities later confirmed that Britney was driving a black 2026 BMW convertible when she was stopped by officers.
The car was also photographed in the tow yard Thursday morning (March 5) in photos obtained by Page Six.
According to the outlet, the California Highway Patrol arrested Britney in Ventura County, Calif. on March 4 around 9:28 p.m. local time, and she was booked at 3:02 a.m. before being released at 6:07 a.m. She is scheduled to appear in court on May 4.
