What is Sleep Awareness Week?
Sleep Week 2026 is an annual awareness campaign from the National Sleep Foundation to promote the importance of sleep for your overall health and wellbeing. It always coincides with the start of daylight saving time to highlight the impact of what losing just one hour of sleep can do to your health. Retailers and mattress and bedding brands take part by offering discounts on their products.
This year, Sleep Week takes places Sunday, March 8 to Saturday, March 14.
What type of deals should I expect to find during Sleep Week 2026?
Outside of Sleep Week, March is typically a slow season when it comes to sales, especially after the winter clearance sales that take place around President's Day. Most bedding basics, like sheets, pillows, comforters, and mattresses, are averaging discounts between 20 and 30% off.
During Sleep Week, you should prioritize buying more warm weather bedding that my not go on sale again until Memorial Day. It could also be a good time to invest in a wake up alarm clock to help you though the time change. We're also seeing extra discounts around sleep bundles, if you like to buy everything for your bed from one place.
In addition to bedding, you'll find savings on sleep adjacent products like air purifiers, fans, sleep trackers, furniture, and more.
