New Analysis Reveals the Most Expensive MLS Stadiums for Families in 2026
A new CSB analysis has revealed the most expensive Major League Soccer (MLS) stadiums for families attending games in 2026. CSB determined its results by tabulating the estimated cost for a family of four to attend any of 2026’s MLS matches, looking at factors such as tickets, concessions, and parking costs.
American Cities Face Staggering Cost Differential
Topping the list of results is Los Angeles FC, where the total estimated cost for a family of four is $876.56. Tickets, which will run an estimated $761.60, are notably more expensive than any other city listed. While beer and parking will also cost you in Los Angeles, the city is actually on the cheaper side for two soft drinks ($10.55) and four hot dogs ($25.31).
St. Louis City SC placed second, with a total estimated cost of $643.87. While cheaper than Los Angeles in most regards, that doesn’t apply to soda and hot dogs. In St. Louis, that’ll run you an estimated $42.19 and $18.98, respectively. Inner Miami FC took the third spot with a total estimated cost of $569.64 for a family of four. Beer and soda is cheaper in Miami, at an average of $10.55; but at nearly $45, hot dogs will cost you. Austin FC and FC Cincinnati rounded out the list, with estimated totals of $549.73 and $501.61, respectively.
Orlando City Is Most Affordable Location
As far as the most affordable city for a family of four to take in an MLS match, that would be Orlando City SC (Inter&Co Stadium) in Florida. At an estimated average cost of $247.26, Orlando City is about 72 percent cheaper than Los Angeles FC.
In the most expensive markets, tickets were the driving factor of pricing, accounting for roughly 79 to 87 percent of total costs. However, in cities where tickets are affordable, concessions and parking were the items priced at a surcharge. Meanwhile, Philadelphia is home to the most expensive drinks bundle. There, two beers and two soft drinks will cost you $44.30. FC Dallas had the most affordable bundle at $12.66, a startling difference of $31.64.
