In 1986, Rudy Giuliani and Senator Al D'Amato staged a crack buy in Washington Heights for the TV cameras. Giuliani's disguise was a Hell's Angels leather vest bearing "Dirty Thirty" and "Filthy Few" patches, which he wore over business attire.
