Per People, the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of Cruz, and neither will pay the other child support.
Jax will reportedly have custody every other weekend and on Wednesday nights, while Brittany will have custody on all of the other days.
In addition, they will convene over decisions regarding their son’s health, education and welfare, but if they can’t come to an agreement, Brittany will get final say.
People reports that they have also set a schedule for the holidays, as well as when Cruz will be able to meet future partners. They have agreed that Cruz won’t meet any new partners until at least six months has passed.
Brittany and Jax have agreed that they will not be under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or any other drugs while Cruz is in their custody, and have also agreed to not speak badly of each other in front of Cruz. They’ll also attempt to celebrate his birthdays together.
Earlier this year, Brittany provided an update on co-parenting, their divorce and more.
While Jax is not returning, Brittany will be back on screen soon in the upcoming third season of The Valley on Bravo. Watch the trailer!
