A new report in TEAMtalk has confirmed that Spurs are one of the clubs chasing the budding Irish coach, but he is relaxed over his future.
It is revealed that Keane is ‘in no hurry to decide’ on the next step in his managerial career as he waits for a possible offer from Tottenham.
The report claims that the Spurs legend is seen as a ‘long-term successor’ to Tudor, with his understanding of the club’s culture and fan base making him an ‘appealing candidate’ to the North Londoners.
However, it is revealed that Keane would only be interested in accepting a full-time role at Spurs, not an interim one.
Two other British clubs are battling Spurs for Keane
The Lilywhites will not have a free run at their former striker, who is not short of suitors ahead of the summer.
TEAMtalk say that Crystal Palace have shortlisted Keane to replace Oliver Glasner, who will leave Selhurst Park at the end of this season.
The Eagles value the 45-year-old’s motivational qualities and his Premier League pedigree and see him as someone capable of energising their squad.
Additionally, it is revealed that Keane has emerged as the frontrunner to take over at Celtic from interim boss Martin O’Neill in the summer.
