Robert Downey Jr Wears Doctor Doom Colors for 'Avengers' Reunion with Chris Evans at Oscars 2026
Robert Downey Jr teased the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday with his suit at the 2026 Academy Awards on Sunday (March 15) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
The 60-year-old actor is set to return to the MCU in the movie as Doctor Doom, wearing the colors of his character as he took the stage to present alongside co-star Chris Evans.
While presenting their first award together, Chris asked Robert what he got for him for the 14-year anniversary of the first Avengers movie.

Robert jokingly gave him his valet ticket, but had to take it back as he needed it for validation later.
They then returned to the stage to present a second award, where RDJ brought out a shiny, silver pair of underwear, which he said were Channing Tatum’s – who will reprise his Gambit role in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.
Channing noted that he’s going to need those back as he needs them for work later that night.
