Pinnacle SkyTower in Toronto Tops Off at 106 Storeys
Construction at Pinnacle SkyTower has reached its top floor, making it the tallest building in Canada and the first residential building in North America to hit 106 storeys.
Developed by Pinnacle International and located at Pinnacle One Yonge, it is set to be completed in 2026 at a final height of 1,154 ft.
Pinnacle SkyTower will be home to 958 residential units, the new Le Méridien Toronto Pinnacle Hotel, and 80,000 sq. ft. of amenities. Already part of the Toronto skyline, the project’s highest floor is in line with the CN Tower’s main observation level.
“Now that we’ve reached the 106 storey mark, you can really feel the momentum accelerating,” said Anson Kwok, vice president, sales and marketing at Pinnacle International, “Pinnacle SkyTower offers the exclusive opportunity to live in a fully customized home in the tallest building in Canada, creating a new standard for luxury living in Toronto.”
Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the building features a 12-sided tapered design with aerodynamic profile. Pinnacle SkyTower aims to blend waterfront-inspired design elements with more angular, diamond-shaped geometry.
This community will offer modern living with luxe finishes and appliances, high-quality materials, and amenities including a restaurant on the top floor.
With balconies spanning up to the 88th floor and floor-to-ceiling windows, residents will have unrestricted views of Lake Ontario and an immersive experience of the Toronto skyline.
Pinnacle SkyTower is a key part of the broader Pinnacle One Yonge site, a 4.4 million sq. ft. mixed-use development master plan that is set to transform this section of Toronto’s waterfront with residential, retail, hotel, and outdoor space.
One Yonge will be home to Torontonians and visitors, bringing activity and economic development to this address.
Pinnacle will welcome the project team, officials, key stakeholders, and the community for a topping-off ceremony to mark this milestone later this year.
