Why We Love This Deal
Although good jeans are a worthwhile investment, many guys have been seeking out value-priced denim in recent years to offset rising prices. It's part of the reason why Gap has come back into the style conversation and why you'll see so many premium brands selling at Nordstrom Rack. Lee, widely regarded as one of the most value-driven denim brands of all, is one you shouldn't sleep on—over on Amazon, its high-stretch jeans are selling for just $30
The Lee Extreme Motion Relaxed Straight Jean is now discounted by $10 in its dark “Warrior” and lighter “Zone” washes. Crucially, your choice of color and size will determine the final price, but we're finding that most in these two colorways are selling around the $30 price, with the khaki color receiving the same discount for select sizes.

What Shoppers Should Know
- Sizes Available: 28-42W, 30-36L
- Color Options: The best deals are for the Warrior, Zone, and Khaki washes
- Fabric Blend: 71% cotton, 28% polyester, 1% elastane
- Best Use Case: This pair of jeans is intended for use in everyday life, providing the classic casual look that relaxed-fit jeans are known for.
What makes these “Extreme Motion” jeans? It turns out that the 1% spandex is going to be enough to radically change the bend and allow these jeans to flex. Combine that with the relaxed, straight cut, and you get free-flowing knees and the ability to squat, kick, and bend as necessary. Meanwhile, throwing in some polyester improves the durability of the fabric over what plain cotton could do, in addition to making it feel lighter in humid climates.
A notable difference between the build here and competing Levi’s is that there is less overall riveting, particularly in the seat area, with Lee’s pants relying on heavier stitching to hold. Many prefer this for less metal, more comfortable seating, and even the reduced furniture scratching an unriveted seat provides.
The only real deal competing with this right now is some of the jeans over at Old Navy, which are anywhere from around $20 to $30. The main difference here is going to be branding. Part of enjoying denim, at least for some, is the brand patch above the right rear pocket—it's something that brands take pride in. Most of the Old Navy jeans we've seen have minimal or no branding at all. Conversely, if you don't like logos on your clothes, maybe check out Old Navy instead.

What Shoppers Are Saying
One shopper said, “They aren't too tight, but aren't overly baggy either, and are just super comfortable.” They also said the jeans look quite nice on a casual night out.
And this all makes sense, considering the superior level of stretch in the jeans’ fabric. Though, as one wearer points out, it goes beyond that. “They flex with you, and the elastic waistband is amazing.” This refers to the band of extra stretchy material in the belt loop area, designed to adjust to your size, reducing that stomach-jab feeling well-fitting jeans can sometimes give off when sitting down.
The Lee Extreme Motion Relaxed Straight Jean is down to just $30 while this deal is live. Grab a pair while you still can.
