Kevin has denied all of the allegations, and was previously cleared of nine sexual offense charges during a criminal trial in 2023.
Two of the men who sued Kevin during the criminal trial also filed civil lawsuits. One claimed Kevin “deliberately assaulted” him over about a dozen occasions from 2000 to 2005, while another said Kevin caused “suffered psychiatric damage and financial loss” after a 2008 assault, according to BBC News.
The third man, Ruari Cannon, waived his right to anonymity. He claimed Kevin groped him at a party after press night of Sweet Bird of Youth at the Old Vic back in 2013. He documented that allegation in 2024′s Spacey Unmasked.
Kevin said the claim was “ridiculous and it never happened.”
Anthony Rapp was the first to accuse the actor of sexual misconduct back in 2017, claiming the actor hit on him when he was only 14 years old while the two were both appearing in Broadway shows.
A famous actress revealed recently that she texts with Kevin Spacey amid the accusations.
