Exclusive: Deleted Scene From 'Send Help' Reveals a Night of Horror
Director Sam Raimi, famous for Spider-Man and cult horror classics like The Evil Dead, returned triumphantly this year with the bleak comedy Send Help. Starring Rachel McAdams, Dylan O'Brien, and Edyll Ismail. It's a stranded desert island movie about a boss's son and an employee getting stuck together, and the chaos that ensues. Send Help has emerged as one of the breakout hits of 2026 and currently holds a 93 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
But, if you slept on the movie while it was in the theaters, there's some good news: The film hits digital this week, meaning you can stream it at home. And, in celebration of that moment, Men's Journal is pleased to release an exclusive deleted scene from the film. Here's that deleted scene, plus when and how to stream Send Help this week.
Send Help Deleted Scene, "Night of Horror."
One of the deleted scenes from Send Help reveals an extended evening in which Bradley Preston (Dylan O'Brien) is tied up on the beach, freaking out. In the film, this "night of horror" isn't as long or as intense. So, if you were wondering what happened to Preston at this point, this scene gives a little more insight.
That said, this deleted scene fully captures the unhinged nature of the film, but it doesn't spoil some of the bigger twists that happen in the third act. If you've not seen the film, don't Google it too much! You'll want to be surprised.
Send Help Digital Release Date
Send Help arrives on Digital March 24, including Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home, and on 4K Ultra HD and DVD April 21.
