Green Lake Golf introduces Withey Morris Baugh’s Benjamin Tate as legal advisor, strategic partner
Arizona-based Green Lake Golf (GLG), sustainable golf course redevelopment firm, has engaged Benjamin Tate, land use attorney and partner at the firm Withey Morris Baugh, as a strategic advisor to coordinate all legal efforts related to rezoning, land use entitlements and permitting for the company’s golf course redevelopment projects.

Tate brings more than eight years of experience in zoning law, development entitlements and municipal negotiations, making him an ideal partner in navigating the complex regulatory landscape that underpins projects undertaken by GLG and its clients.
