Storm warning issued in several regions of Kazakhstan

Tengrinews.kz - Due to adverse weather conditions in several regions of Kazakhstan on March 31, Kazhydromet issued a storm warning.

During the day in the west, north of the Akmola region, a southwest wind is expected, gusts of 15-20 meters per second. In Kokshetau on March 31, a southwest wind is expected, gusts of 15 meters per second during the day.

In the Aktobe region, a southeast, south wind is expected; during the day in the west, south of the region, gusts of 15-20 meters per second.

Fog is expected at night and in the morning in the south, in the mountainous areas of the Almaty region.

During the day, a dust storm is expected in the west, south, east of the Atyrau region. Southeast wind; in the west, south, east of the region gusts of 15-20 meters per second. In Atyrau, a dust storm is expected in the afternoon on March 31. South-east wind; in the afternoon gusts of 15-18 meters per second.

Fog is expected at night and in the morning in the south, in the mountainous areas of the Zhambyl region. North-east wind; in the mountainous areas of the region 15-20 meters per second. In Taraz, fog is expected at night and in the morning of March 31.

In the Zhetysu region, an east wind is expected; in the afternoon in the east of the region gusts of 15-20 meters per second.
