How AFF Training Works at Skydive Elsinore
Phase 1: Ground School and Supervised Jumps—Your Skydiving Foundation
Before you take to the skies, you’ll spend 6-8 hours in a comprehensive ground school, learning the essential skills to prepare you for your first jump. This phase covers everything from skydiving equipment to emergency procedures, freefall techniques, and safe landing strategies. Once you’re equipped with the knowledge, you’ll jump under the guidance of two expert instructors for your first few jumps.
