Framatome is interested in development of nuclear energy sector in Armenia

is interested in developing the nuclear energy sector in Armenia.
This was stated during a meeting between the Secretary of the
Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan and delegation of the
Framatome company, specializing in development and production of
equipment for nuclear power plants.
According to the press service of the Security Council, the parties
discussed a number of issues of bilateral interest.
It should be noted that Framatome was created in 1958 as a joint
venture between Schneider Group, Merlin Gerin and the American
Westinghouse Electric to promote Westinghouse nuclear technologies in
Europe. The company is known for its innovative solutions and
advanced technologies in the field of nuclear energy.
