In an interview with India Forums, Samridhii called Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi an 'iconic show'. She said that Kyunki everyone watches at home, as it is an iconic show and will always remain one. She also said that she has always said that the show had its audience, and so does Yeh Rishta. Kyunki was also one of the longest-running shows of its time. She hopes that they will also see Yeh Rishta running for a long time now.
Samridhii also spoke about the ongoing talk about competition and TRP rankings. She said that she does not think it is a competition or anything like that and said that even if it is in terms of TRP numbers, that is okay. She said that their show is doing well and as far as she knows, they are at number three this week. She said she thinks being in the top five is pretty good.
