FA Cup final – Man City vs Man Utd: United bent on de-railing City’s Treble bid – kick-off time, stream FREE, TV channel
NOISY neighbours Manchester City and United are all set to battle it out for FA Cup glory – but the Citizens have their eye on something else too.
For Spanish magician Pep Guardiola, winning brings the chance to move a step closer to a historic Treble and match a feat set by Sir Alex Ferguson in 1999.
They’ve already won the Premier League – coming from eight points behind Arsenal to make it five titles in the last six seasons – and have a debut Champions League gong in their sights.
Just Inter Milan stand in their way of making history in Istanbul.

For Erik ten Hag, the opportunity to bag a second domestic crown to go with a third-placed finish and return to the Champions League in his debut season.
On top of all that, of course, there are bragging rights up for grabs.
As always, this Manchester derby will be fought hard on the pitch with fans just itching to get one over on their rivals.
For United, the curtain comes down on their season on Saturday evening.
But for City, after their clash with United at Wembley, their minds will turn to Istanbul.
For the fans’ sakes, you hope their minds are focused on the task at hand come Wembley day.
How did they get here?
United booked their place in this year’s final after beating Brighton on penalties.
The semi-final between the two sides ended goalless after 120 minutes, forcing spot kicks to decide who will join Manchester City.
Solly March missed the decisive penalty, which meant the Red Devils progressed to the final to meet their local rivals.
Man City breezed past Championship side Sheffield United in their semi-final clash, beating the Blades 3-0.
Riyad Mahrez claimed a stunning hat-trick to put City in the final and keep their treble dream alive.
Ten Hag’s side will do everything in their power to deny the Cityzens any chance of a historic Treble-winning season.
What is their form like?
Man City: They lost 1-0 on the final day of the Premier League season to Brentford, but with the title already won and a makeshift XI on the pitch, Guardiola won’t be concerned.
Prior to that, a 1-1 draw with Brighton – another game with the title already in the bag.
To get a true sense of City’s form, you have to go back to a 1-0 win over Chelsea on May 21 and the 4-0 annihilation of Champions League holders Real Madrid on May 17.
At their brutal best, Guardiola’s side are untouchable… just ask Carlo Ancelotti.
Man Utd: It’s been an up and down season with some incredible highs and miserable lows, including a 7-0 mauling by arch-rivals Liverpool.
But to finish third is a huge achievement by Ten Hag.
After a mini-wobble, United won their last four games, including a 4-1 battering of Chelsea.
Never ones to be underestimated on the biggest stage…
What is the team news and any injuries to worry about?
Man City: Guardiola has five potential injury worries, headlined by Kevin de Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Ruben Dias.
Pep called them all “niggles, not big injuries”, but will almost certainly prioritise next weekend’s Champions League final and may not take any chances.
Man Utd: Ten Hag will definitely be without Anthony Martial and Antony after the pair’s recent injuries.
Jadon Sancho is expected start in a front-three alongside Marcus Rashford and one of Alejandro Garnacho or Wout Weghorst.
Who will be the star men?
Man City: Erling Haaland.
How could it not be? Haaland has enjoyed a sensational debut season in England and will surely be looking to bag a Treble in style.
Man Utd: Marcus Rashford.
He was in red-hot form immediately after the World Cup but has gone somewhat quiet since.
But Rashford is a big-game player and will be keen to snatch a domestic Double with a goal or two.
