DAZN buys global TV rights to Kings League’s 2026 competitions
January 1 – It may be a new year with new resolutions; however, global sports streaming giant DAZN continues to disrupt the old football market, securing the broadcast rights to former Barcelona legend, Gerard Piqué’s Kings League competitions for 2026.
The Kings League, which is built around streamer culture, features fast-paced rules and digital-first storytelling, providing another alternative to traditional 11 v 11 football.
DAZN will broadcast the Kings World Cup Nations 2026 and stream the event globally from Brazil between January 3 and 17.
