The overwhelming majority of Russians wanted to receive a corporate pension from their employer in addition to the state one. Experts of the Rabota.ru service and the NPF of Sberbank write about this, RBC reports.
84 percent of the respondents spoke out for an additional pension from the employer, over the year the share of such applicants increased – in February last year there were 78 percent. More than a third of the respondents would like to be paid at least 30 thousand rubles a month.
Russians aged 36 to 55 are most interested in corporate pensions, while among young people aged 18 to 25, 81 percent would like to receive such an additional payment. Citizens over 56 years of age trust corporate pensions least of all.
Among the survey participants, only 3 percent are participants in corporate pension programs (PPC), another 18 percent have heard of them. The most knowledgeable in this matter are people over 56 years old, the least – young people 18-25 years old.
Earlier, the Russians revealed the desired amount of savings for retirement. In the course of the survey, it turned out that 27 percent of Russians want to have between 20 and 50 million rubles in their accounts for a carefree end of their working career. 22 percent of Russians found it enough to have 5-10 million rubles. For these sums, Russians would like to travel, maintain their own housing, receive quality medical care and a varied diet and not save on basic needs.
