Longueuil man’s racial profiling case heads to Human Rights Tribunal
The case of Joel Debellefeuille is heading to the Human Rights Tribunal after the City of Longueuil refused to compensate him for $12,000 in damages and comply with other recommendations made by the Quebec Human Rights and Youth Rights Commission.
