Zack Scott announced on Saturday via the Zoom conference that Jacob deGrom will get the ball for the Mets today against the Diamondbacks. During the Zoom conference, Scott also did not elaborate on the clubhouse situation between Lindor and Jeff McNeil, saying sometimes families have disputes and debates, and that he wanted to respect the wishes of Lindor and McNeil and not get into specifics.
Per MetsMinors.net, right-handed relief pitcher Trey Cobb has been promoted to the Syracuse Mets.
