The A Place in the Sun presenter looked stunning in the video, with pictures of her beaming away with sunglasses on.
With no makeup on and her curly, shoulder-length golden locks being the main attraction of her photos, the mother of two was in her element.
Jasmine captioned her post: “Trying to embrace my natural hair texture and reduce damage from heat styling… all good until I step outside!
“Then I look like I’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards!
“Should I wear my hair like this when filming?”
Fans quickly flooded the star’s comments section with supportive messages and compliments.
One user wrote: “I think your hair looks lovely like this Jasmine. It reminds me of the ‘Coup Sauvage’ as they called it in the 70’s. It really suits you.”
Another added: “Looks great Jasmine. Love the natural look. Your hair is just like mine! I don’t use a hairdryer at all, just let it dry naturally.”
A third typed: “You Look incredible as always and 20 years younger!”
“I love it, Jasmine – I’ve never had more compliments or an easier life since embracing my natural waves. Get it cut into a shag, then wash n go!” expressed a fourth user.
While some else chimed: “It’s the best way, Jasmine, straighteners are so damaging, they push the last of the hair’s moisture out.”
