Greece rocked by 5.7 magnitude earthquake off coast of Kalamata as shaking felt in holiday hotspots Athens & Crete
SOUTHERN Greece has been struck by an earthquake with a 5.7 magnitude.
The region off the coast of the western Peloponnese has been hit Friday morning.

The epicentre of the quake was 75 miles southwest of the city of Patras, the Athens Geodynamic Institute reported.
Greece is located in a seismically active zone where quakes are common.
