IPL's 'Impact Player' rule will hold back development of Indian all-rounders: Rohit Sharma
India skipper Rohit Sharma is not a fan of the IPL's 'Impact Player' rule, which allows teams to substitute a player during their respective innings as per match demands. This rule has raised eyebrows as players like Washington Sundar and Shivam Dube have only been used as power-hitters by Chennai Super Kings. Rohit believes that the rule is hindering the development of India all-rounders and that the game should be played by 11 players instead of 12.
