Two robberies reported within minutes of each other in East Granby
State police are investigating back-to-back robberies at nearby gas stations in East Granby early Monday.
The first robbery was reported at the Pride gas station, at 122 Rainbow Road, at 3:24 a.m., according to Connecticut State Police.
No injuries were reported.
About a minute later, state troopers received the report of a robbery at the nearby Cumberland Farms, located at 62 Rainbow Road.
No injuries were reported during this incident either, according to state police.
State police said the investigation into both incidents is in its “early stages and this is all of the information available for release at this time.”
