Katie Price flees Mucky Mansion to spend time with her family after bankrupt star gets eviction notice
KATIE Price has revealed she is on her way to Isle of Wight to spend time with her family after being dealt a huge blow about her home.
The 45-year-old shared a picture of herself on a ferry after it was revealed she has been served with an eviction notice for her Mucky Mansion home.
She wrote alongside a snap of the water: “Family I am on my way”, alongside a series of love hearts.
Her sister Sophie is already there and has been posting numerous pictures as she enjoys herself on the beach with husband Harry and son Albert.
Katie’s terminally ill mum Amy and dad Paul own a house on the Isle of Wight and it has become a place for the family to escape to over the years.
Time to move on
Yesterday The Sun told how double-bankrupt Katie will be kicked out of her dilapidated nine-bed family pile on May 29.
An eviction notice is said to have been pinned to a fence outside her 8,000 square foot Horsham pile.
The letter, seen by The Sun, reads: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.
“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”
It was issued on April 24 and claims all occupants will be evicted at 10am on May 29.
It goes on to warns them to leave the property with their belongings before this date.
Katie doesn’t appear too troubled by her impending financial woe though, and spent today telling her followers of a “cash app” she had been using to boost her funds.
Money troubles
Katie swerved her bankruptcy court hearing in April to holiday in Ayia Napa with new man JJ Slater, 31.
The TV star was declared bankrupt for a second time back in March due to an unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000.
She has since been warned she could face jail for swerving the authorities at the High Court, with a new date for her to appear set for later this month.
She owes £142,405 and £196,735 for the tax years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, plus £140,000 in VAT.

We previously reported how finance experts warned how Katie was “at real risk” of losing the sprawling pad following her court no-show.
They told us how she had fallen foul of a “series of financial mistakes” with “unsustainable spending habits.”
At the time, Joshua Harris, Bankruptcy Trustee at Harris & Partners, told us: “Price faces the risk of losing her £2 million property, which highlights the severe realities of bankruptcy.
“In situations of substantial debt, asset repossession is a real threat, used by creditors to recover what they are owed.
“Not settling financial duties can lead to severe outcomes, including the loss of valuable assets and further financial hardship.”
