SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Schenectady man will serve prison time after pocketing sales tax money at his cell phone repair store for several years. Elvin Singh, 37, previously entered a guilty plea in the case.
According to the Schenectady County District Attorney's Office, Singh pocketed sales tax money from his customers at his phone repair store.
