Weather swings ahead: Kazakhstan expects rain and warming
Tengrinews.kz – Kazhydromet forecasters have presented the weather forecast for September 15, 16 and 17.
According to the forecast, unstable weather is expected in Kazakhstan in the coming days. Some regions will see rain, thunderstorms and stronger winds, while in others the air temperature will begin to gradually rise.
Where rain and thunderstorms are expected
Under the influence of a northwestern cyclone and atmospheric fronts, rain, thunderstorms in some areas and stronger winds are expected in parts of northern and eastern Kazakhstan, as well as in mountainous areas of the southeast.
From September 16, western regions will come under the influence of a western cyclone. Precipitation and stronger winds are forecast there.
On September 17, heavy rain and hail are possible in some areas.
It will get warmer in the north
Across the rest of Kazakhstan, mostly dry weather is expected due to the influence of an anticyclone. The air temperature will begin to gradually rise. During the daytime, temperatures in the north and center of the country will reach +20…+27 degrees Celsius.
At the same time, temperatures are expected to drop in other regions:
in the west — to +19…+30 degrees;in the east — to +18…+25 degrees;in the southeast — to +22…+28 degrees.
