Ingredients:
1 pear
1/2 c oatmeal
1 c plant milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp maple syrup
optional:
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
1. Grate or finely chop half of the pear
2. Add 1 cup plant milk to pot and place on stove on high heat
3. Add grated pear to milk and bring to boil
4. Add oatmeal then reduce to simmer
5. Add spices, sweetener, and optional ingredients
6. Cook until oatmeal has absorbed all the liquid
