Levon Zurabyan: Fight against Constitutional referendum fraud can be transformed into Nuremberg Trial
The claim the Armenian National Congress filed to the Constitutional Court Friday against the referendum was not accepted. However, it is a serious document with protocols of election commissions and statistical analysis on the fraud of about 500,000 votes being enclosed to it, ANC Faction Head Levon Zurabyan told a news conference today.
He said the data published by the Central Election Commission run contrary to the ones published by other structures. In his words, the claim consists of 37 pages with 300 more ages being the documents attached to it (protocols on vote fraud at 400 polling stations).
"The referendum fraud fight can be transformed into Nuremberg Trial," the oppositionist said. He blamed the CEC for backing the vote fraud.
The Constitutional Court refused to accept ANC's claim, as the Party managed to collect only 19 out of 27 required signatures of parliamentarians to appeal to the Constitutional Court.
