Special Investigative Service initiated a criminal case on SAS group record
ArmInfo.Special Investigative Service opened a criminal case on the second part of Article 154 CC (concussion of the voter to informing the voting results to violate
secret vote) related to promised monetary and penitentiary threatens, sounded during pre electoral Sas Group meeting ,in case of voting for Artak Sargsyan, the head of the company during the parliamentary elections.
SIC statement reads that the materials are prepared related to the
publication in one of Armenian magazines, where is involved the
quotation of spread record in Internet. Particularly, it was noted in
the Department that an offer to one of the company workers, who
promised 44 votes for Artak Sargsyan "You will fly to Paris, and also
we will give money, and if not, we will fine you and treat 5 times
worse" has a character of finance promotion during pre electoral
period.
On April 13, a record of meeting in the "SAS Group" appeared in the
Internet, in which an unknown demanded the employees to submit the
lists of voters who will vote during election in Arabkir for the head
of the company Artak Sargsyan. At the same time the unknown abused
and offended the employees which refused to work in favor of
Sargsyan. Moreover, he threatened to fire the employees, and to send
to holidays in Paris those who will succeed to bring the maximal
number of votes. According to information available to ArmInfo, the
unknown was the brother of Artak Sargsyan Aram Sargsyan.
