Hayk Demoyan: Alienation of building in Washington, where Armenian Genocide`s museum was planned to be opened, provokes bewilderment
ArmInfo. Former National Bank building of Washington, where Cafesjian family Fund planed to open Genocide Museum of Armenians, provokes bewilderment, Hayk Demoyan, Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute director said during the press
conference in Yerevan.
According to him during many years it was always spoken that in that
building would be opened Armenian Genocide museum, and suddenly the
building is being sold, and that fact was left out of attention. "I
found this kind of behavior unacceptable. It is disagreeable to be
ruled only by business interests in this kind of issues. Also
Armenian Diaspora's behavior in USA provokes bewilderment, which did
not react in any way to this event", Demoyan said.
