Catastrophe at Kabul Airport, massive casualties including U.S. troops
KABUL, Afghanistan - Scores of civilians trying to flee Afghanistan, and at least twelve U.S. soldiers have been killed, and scores injured following two deadly suicide bombings at Kabul's Hamid Karzai International Airport on Thursday.
The catastrophic attacks came as tens of thousands of people thronged the airport in a bid to flee the country before the U.S.-Taliban-agreed deadline for withdrawal of 31 August
