German shares rebound after rout, up 2.47 pct
FRANKFURT, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rebounded on Wednesday, with the benchmark DAX index up 372.54 points, or 2.47 percent, to close at 15,472.67 points.
Semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 5.41 percent. Manufacturing and electronics company Siemens and automotive manufacturer Daimler gained by 4.77 percent and 4.33 percent respectively.<
