Definitely the Idol Performance Tee. It’s so soft, and I almost feel guilty working out in it. I’m gonna add these to my regular rotation to add some color to my wardrobe.
The Co-Op Pant is perfect for any occasion. The pants are so flexible [and] great for chilling at home. I recently took these on a long trip, and they’re the best jogger for travel that I’ve had in a long time.
The Repeat Running Jacket is the best light jacket for any outdoor exercise. The material is super breathable and essentially weightless. It takes up no space in my bag [so I can]l always stash it…whenever I go for a nice bike ride.
What does living a healthy lifestyle mean to you?
Health is a combination of physical and mental well-being. To me, a healthy lifestyle includes making sure I sweat and I laugh at least once a day.
What’s your go-to workout or activity?
My go-to workout has been yoga for well over a decade. I needed to take yoga to graduate high school, and I’ve been practicing ever since! Yoga reminds me that health is more than just a number on the scale. In addition to yoga, I love to ride my bike in the city. It’s excellent cardio, and is usually faster than taking the subway.
What do you like most about the products you tried?
The Co-Op Pant was super comfortable when doing yoga. I felt no restrictions, even when getting into the deepest version of the pose.
The Repeat Running Jacket was super necessary for a breezy spring day, [and] I loved the fit of the jacket.
The Idol Performance Tee is one of the most comfortable tops I’ve ever worn. It’s an excellent loose fit and [doesn’t] stick at all. Even after a vigorous bike ride, all the sweat dried up almost immediately.

Pants in abundance, for sure. The cropped jacket is also really cool and lightweight. It’s perfect for this unpredictable weather. The grip socks were comparable to some of my favorite pilates socks. And the flutter leggings are an absolute must have. They are high-waisted and sculpting, which is perfect for any body type. My favorite part about the flutter leggings is that my sneakers peek-a-boo through perfectly.
What does it mean for you to live a healthy lifestyle?
I have found that investing time into myself to listen and be still has been my most significant find. Time is such a rewarding construct that we’re often taught to fear. I honor time by being present. I listen to my body and brain in the morning. Every morning I express profound gratitude for existing, and then I immediately ask myself, “What do you need today?” Sometimes the answer is a run; other times, the answer is harder to hear, but I give myself time to assess what I need.
What’s your go-to workout or activity?
I rediscovered running during the pandemic. It’s an absolute MUST for me. I tend to log 100 miles a month, and when I don’t service my body with a run, I see its impact spill into other parts of my life. I’ve begun an intense pilates regimen in the past year, and I am working on becoming a pilates instructor. Coupled with mindful stillness, these activities have been a game-changer for me.
As a brand, how does Alo Yoga fit your lifestyle from both a functional and style perspective?
Alo pieces have made transitioning back to work (clothes) an enjoyable experience. The pieces have [also] elevated my workout wardrobe. I can head into the city for a workday in Alo gear and catch a pilates class in the evening. It is excellent not to carry a gym bag to change into workout gear.

As a previous customer of Alo, I love my Foxy Sherpa Jacket, the Airlift High-Waist Corset Leggings, and the High-waisted Biker Shorts. I always keep the jacket in my car so I have it accessible if I’m out without a coat once the sun goes down. The Airlift Leggings are so sculpting and comfortable for any outdoor activity or for just hanging at home. I was so excited when Alo sent me the seasonal magenta color to add to my collection.
What does living a healthy lifestyle mean to you?
Mental health always comes first!
What’s your go-to workout or activity?
My go-to workout is pilates, which I started during COVID in 2020. It was the first activity I’ve done that I could really feel the benefits of and see my body changing. I feel physically and mentally [at] my best after a class, which sets the tone for the rest of the day.
How easily does Alo Yoga fit into your athleisure wardrobe?
Because I’m working from home, I need to be comfortable. I’ve tried so many athleisure brands that aren’t durable, and will shrink/fall apart/pill after a few washes. I live a fairly active lifestyle and would rather have a few quality Alo pieces in my wardrobe rather than cycling through multiple pairs of leggings [and] bras in a year.

Living a healthy lifestyle is…important. It means staying active, eating a healthy diet, and being social with family and friends. It’s important to be aware of your mental health.
How easily does Alo Yoga fit into your athleisure wardrobe?
It fits pretty easily. I like to mix and match pieces, and Alo is stylish but subtle, so they make great basics. It also doesn’t look like workout gear, so I can accessorize with jewelry etc…and it won’t look weird.
Which Alo Yoga products work best for your everyday adventures?
I love a lightweight jacket that makes any outfit look good! You never know who you’re going to run into when grabbing groceries, going to gym, or just hanging in the neighborhood, so you have to look good!
What do you like most about the products you tried?
I like how stylish the [clothes] are, and that they don’t scream “gym clothes.” The pieces are versatile, so they work for everyday wear outside of the gym. My favorite thing about the shirt is the length and weight of the material, and [the] color of the jacket just feels very fresh.
