Sponge Cake(recipe adapted & modify slightly from Yochana)
Ingredients:4 eggs120g fine sugar90g Blue Jacket Cake Flour10g matcha powder65g vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:1. Whisk eggs & sugar in a mixer at high speed till ribbon stage.2. Fold in sifted flour & matcha powder till combined.3. Add in oil & fold lightly till combined.4. Pour into prepared cake tin lined with baking paper. 5. Bake in a preheated oven @ 170C for 40mins.

12 suspects were arrested in Beit Shemesh Monday in a massive fraud case involving a fake yeshiva.
According to the authorities, the suspects created a fake yeshiva and registered 150 'students' in order to receive government funding in the form of Education Ministry stipends and scholarship funds, Yeshiva World News reported.
The suspects allegedly pocketed over NIS 1,000,000 ($287,000).

Today is the first memory of Carrie Fisher's death and having seen her final performance in The Last Jedi twice at the cinema I thought it was very appropriate to honour her memory today. Not only for the Star Wars franchise but Carrie is also in one of my all time favourite ever films When Harry Met Sally, as a truly fantastic character.

Closing out a business year offers the chance to reflect on what you’ve accomplished – or survived – personally and professionally.  Many cultures have traditions around the new year that involve cleaning house, eliminating debts, forgiving old slights, and making amends for things they’ve done wrong.  There’s something symbolic about turning the page to a new year that makes everyone want to start fresh and make plans to become a better person.
