Quiz! How many of the 30 most successful Champions League managers can you name?

You might think that, given the greatly expanded nature of Europe’s top club competition since 1992, heaping up a pile of victories wouldn’t be too tricky for a top manager. Group stage games against the likes of Qarabag (no offence) and Maribor (no offence) surely helps.Yet it’s not that simple, as evidenced by the names missing here. For example – and here’s an early clue – Zinedine ‘15 wins’ Zidane doesn’t crack this list just yet. And he’s won the damn competition for the last two seasons. Admittedly, he has only been a manager for 22 months – but come on Zizou, pull your weight son.To earn a spot here you don’t just need to be a successful manager, you need to be a survivor hardy enough to have fought your way to 17+ Champions League victories. There’s seven minutes to name as many as you can, based on CL wins and clubs managed in the tournament.
