Bayern Munich have confirmed the signing of talented Hamburg youngster Jann-Fiete Arp. Arp has been trailed by a host of Europe's top clubs after comparisons with Harry Kane following his emergence with Hamburg last season. The 19-year-old became the first player born since the turn of the millennium to play in Germany's top flight in 2017-18, but he could not stop Hamburg's relegation. Marcos Llorente is set for another spell on the Real Madrid sidelines after re-injuring his left groin in Wednesday's Copa del Rey clash with Barcelona. Goalkeeper Glen Moss was Newcastle Jets' hero as he saved a late penalty to rescue a 1-1 draw at home to Wellington Phoenix in the A-League on Thursday. Roy Krishna had the perfect opportunity to seal the win for the Phoenix with the spot-kick two minutes from time, but he was unable to convert and the draw at least does no further damage to the Jets' top-six hopes.
