Neighbour of unauthorised child care home in terraced house 'had to sleep wearing earphones'
Neighbours of a terraced house used as an unauthorised children's home say they have suffered an "extreme loss of privacy" because of the facility, with one objector saying they had to sleep wearing earphones. The house, in Sileby, started to be used as a home for two children in March last year, but operator Crown House Apartments did not apply for planning permission for the change of use at the time.
