VOTE TO REMOVE PAT LUNDVALL
To quote Mr.Middlebrook, Nick Diaz's lawyer, what happened during the hearing of the NSAC on 14.09.15 is much bigger than Nick Diaz. The behaviour of Pat Lundvall in particular was disgraceful. She was vindictive and rude. She, and the other commissioners, ignored the law and ignored their own rules and regulations. They also paid no attention to the facts presented by the legal advisers of Mr.Diaz.
A prime example of Ms.Lundvall's disgraceful attitude was her initial recommendation of a LIFE-TIME BAN from competition. This was thankfully rejected by her colleagues. Her mission from the beginning was obviously to make an example of Mr.Diaz because, in her mind, he was not subservient to the 'almighty' athletic commission and to her in particular.
The state of Nevada should suspend Pat Lundvall from the NSAC immediately, pending a full investigation.
