understanding conor's movement
martial arts is changing and wrestling is dead. flow is our discipline for this era. my striking is the best on the planet of anyone over 10. you can teach a semester at fighting college with the video. learn how to punch correctly by watching.
so i was playing with this guy the entire time. i just wanted him to try to punch me and he absolutely had no ability to. after the first exchange he gave up. so this ended up being just a video to tweet conor and ronda. in fact i deliberately miss often including the second punch at :49. i didn't want to hurt the guy. this was only my first time sparing ever and i had to level the field. he is a striking instructor at my gym.
note that the first punch at :23 is blocked. his first real and only actual strike on me is a counter at 2:04.
although this video shows the expert striking conor and i have and can teach anyone how to actually throw a punch, the video is really a demonstration on movement. ask any ufc fighter on the roster to move like i move and they will say no of course i can't i'm not that good i don't understand. watch it once just watching my feet. then you will understand conor's victory deeply.
