Bulgaria Begins Repairs on Key Stretch of Hemus Highway in Shumen Region
Major repair work is set to begin on a 13-kilometer stretch of Bulgaria’s Hemus Highway in the Shumen region, with construction activities scheduled to start on May 11, according to the Road Infrastructure Agency. The planned preventive maintenance will affect the Sofia-bound lane between the Kaspichan road junction and the connection with the I-2 Shumen–Varna first-class road, covering the section between kilometers 350 and 363.
