Man surrenders to police, faces first-degree murder charge in Centretown shooting
The prime suspect wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant in connection with a fatal Centretown shooting turned himself in to police Friday, and now faces a first-degree murder charge.
Steven Michael Frenette, 33, was considered armed and dangerous when police named him as the subject of a manhunt after a man was gunned down Dec. 10 in Centretown.
