Man sought in attempted rape of 15-year-old girl in NYC apartment
MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) --- Police are searching for a man who tried to rape a 15-year-old girl in his Manhattan apartment in February, authorities said Tuesday.
The suspect initially met the teen in a smoke shop before she agreed to go to his apartment near 63rd Street and Eleventh Avenue on the Upper West Side at around 7 a.m. on Feb. 14, according to sources and the NYPD.
The girl was able to get away unharmed, police said.
There have been no arrests. Police released a photo of the suspect sought in the incident.
