The Public Defender hopes that at least this time the procedures for selecting judges ro the European Court of Human Rghts will be transparent
According to him, he criticized the process, saying that the process was not transparent.
Ucha Nanuashvili says that the government must recognize the mistakes that they have made, and not point a finger to certain individuals.
According to Nanuashvili,there were gaps in the formation of the commission and there are many questions as to the criteria used for selecting candidate for the position of judges.
