President has full discretion to use his authority - Nanuashvili about President`s decision

Public Defender, Ucha Nanuashvili, said the president had full discretion to use his authority to pardon.

He spoke on Saturday`s news program and said that "the president had full discretion to use his authority."

According to Nanuashvili, the case had some question marks. He believes that this case should not have been classified.

"On the basis of our recommendation the case is no longer classified, however, there were violations in the case," - said Nanuashvili.
