President Donald Trump plans to pardon former Puerto Rico Gov. Wanda Vázquez, a White House official said. The official who confirmed the planned pardon on Friday wasn’t authorized to reveal the news by name and spoke on the condition of anonymity. Vázquez pleaded guilty last August to a campaign finance violation in a federal case that authorities say also involved a former FBI agent and a Venezuelan banker. An Ohio grand jury indicted a man in the double homicide of his ex-wife and her husband who were killed in their home last month. A 24-year-old man has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of an elderly Thai man in San Francisco. The jury did not find Antoine Watson guilty of murder for the January 2021 attack on Vicha Ratanapakdee.
