The New York-based company said it had profit of $2.46 per share.
The computer networking company posted revenue of $477.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $616.6 million, or $9.78 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.9 billion.
Ubiquiti shares have increased 12% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 68% in the last 12 months.
