...Strong winds from thunderstorms will impact portions of Cameron
County through 200 PM CDT...
At 108 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
producing strong winds along a line extending from Arroyo City to 7
miles east of Rio Hondo High School to near Lozano to near Harlingen
Soccer Complex to Yznaga. Movement was south at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Harlingen, San Benito, La Feria, Los Fresnos, Rancho Viejo, Rio
Hondo, Palm Valley, Los Indios, Southmost and Rangerville.
